Great until you need work done!

Service staff were kind and helpful, offering to diagnose my car’s trouble(s) for $209. Since my arrival was unplanned and they could not evaluate it that day, they offered me a loaner vehicle. The loaner was great! A day and a half later, they recommended $3K service to “maybe” fix the problem and well as an additional $3K of “nice to have” service. My husband and I declined the service, brought it home, and fixed the problem for $300.00 and four hours of his time.

Surprisingly bad service

I was hesitant to go to this dealership because I live in the area and I know how pretentious people can be. Unfortunately, this dealership proved me correct. Find another dealership who truly values you as a customer.

Car buying can be arduous at times; not at Audi Brookline. Highly recommend Felix, he stays with the process for the duration. He’s kind and knowledgeable, can’t think of a better combination. We’ve purchased four cars from Audi Brookline and will continue to do so.

Tyler the "manager" was a joke

Tyler the manager there is about as unprofessional as it gets. They tried to offer me about 7 grand less than my car was worth and yell at me and say I was passing up a great offer. He got heated on the phone because I was trying to have a conversation based on facts, and all he wanted to do was give me opinions and could not back one thing he said up. He almost even swore at me out of frustration but luckily caught himself, it was pretty funny. What a joke. I had multiple dealerships offer me way more, I gave them multiple comps of similar cars for sale and proved the value, and they wouldn't give me one reason they wouldn't come up in value on my car. They offered me $35k when kbb has it worth between $40k and $44k and told me it was a good offer. Work with a dealership who values the customer's time and their vehicle, not one that wants to try and scam you out of your car. No complaints on Manny the sales rep. They also said they charge a $550 delivery fee to deliver a car to NH, $550!!! Highway robbery for 2-3 hours worth of work. I have bought 5 cars in Mass and never once have I been charged a penny for a "Delivery Fee" let alone $150-$200/hour for some guy making $25 an hour to deliver the car to NH as the law states. Just one more example of how shady this place is

Dealership that like to lie

Hello there, i got my car service on December 21 2022. Where i was told my motor was no good and needed a bunch of things the tech individual wasn't right on. Today, January 10, i go into the dealership to inform them that my car is working and fixed, but you had an individual start an argument with me to then tell me I DONT KNOW STUFF ABOUT CARS. The personally David because he's the expert, started to argue with me because i told him his tech wasn't completely right. The employee at the dealership STARTED TO YELL because he wanted to be right. They charged me 500 dollars for a diagnostic that was wrong. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO THINK 3 TIMES BEFORE COMING TO BROOKLINE IN MASS. They lie to get money from you and if you care for your vehicle then i wouldn't recommend coming to this lying location. Stay away from this location

Manny is great!! Really friendly and super helpful throughout the whole process. He was very patient and I highly recommend asking for him if you're looking to buy a new Audi. Went in on Monday to look at the car, came home with it on that Thursday. 10/10, would recommend.

I purchased a 2016 Audi Allroad from Brookline Audi. Alex Martel was the person I worked with in sales and he made my experience purchasing this car wonderful! He was patient, never pushy and very helpful. He helped me get what I wanted for my trade in and the whole process went smoothly due to his great communication and assistance. He drove the car I purchased out to my house a few days later and drove my car I traded in back to Brookline. He really was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Audi Brookline due to my positive experience during my purchase. Alex Fine was the person who I worked with in Finance and he was also helpful and knowledgeable.
