My son went to test drive a car and was helped by Ron. My son explained the situation and Ron was understanding and helpful. This helped influence his decision to purchase the vehicle. The entire experience was awesome. Less than 2 hours to complete the transaction! Will be going back for another purchase in the future.

This is the second vehicle I purchased at this dealership and the salesman, Rico, was pleasure to work with. The no-pressure approach is what I like at this dealership the most. When I first met Rico he was a laid-back and a came across as a calm person who was easy to speak with and purchase a vehicle from. I would highly recommend this dealership over others.
Doug Knight did it AGAIN!

I bought my first 2019 Tuscan with Doug who was happy , energetic, listened to me and didn’t have to go back and forth as I had in the past with other dealerships. The ONLY COMPLAINT was the finance part took almost all day but I was still happy and drove off with my new car by the end of the day! Fast forward to 2023 I decided to upgrade to new 23 Tuscan and of course had to have Doug again. He was waiting for me with that infectious smile and he got and I was up and out of that dealership with in 2 hours! What?!? Yes from sales to finance all with in 2 hours! I am so happy with my purchase and how everyone was so friendly at this location! I recommended giving them a try and always ask for DOUG KNIGHT SALES AND LEASING Specialist!

I let the appointment crew know what I wanted in two trims and colors. When I arrived by the car I wanted was on the show room floor ready for me to go over and test drive. We went throw my check list and the car offered more option then I thought of. Just what I wanted and then some. I was satisfied. My salesmsn Mr. Silva was delightful and easy to work with.

Very dishonest. Lured about the time to do the work and overcharged. It does not take 3 hours to change a drive belt.

Warranty Engine Replacement

Did not have the best experience here unfortunately. Was given an estimated 1 week for work to be done. After 1.5 weeks I called them to get an update. I spoke with a mechanic instead of the service rep/manager. Mechanic told me they had to completely build a new engine from scrap and it would be lucky to be done in another week as they were waiting on a part to come in. At this point I requested a loaner car. 3 weeks later the work is done and I am told that I need to get the loaner car back asap as there is technically a charge 24 hours after the work is complete. It's Thursday, I asked to return Monday as I have to work and am gone this weekend. Was told that wouldn't be possible. I can understand the time it takes to fix the engine can be out of your control, but communicating better when the work would be done would have allowed me to plan pickup better as I am 1.5 hours away. Im burning a vacation day tomorrow to go swap out for my car. Giving 2 stars as at least the loaner car was nice.

Looking at Ioniq as an emergency replacement for a doomed Honda Fit, so my wife and I weren't really happy to be at the dealership. Kevin welcomed us at the door, and patiently answered all questions. I had researched Ioniq on many websites, yet he still explained stuff to us that we didn't already know. The whole experience was enjoyable. He gave us plenty of time to discuss. I called another dealer we'd visited to compare deals, and Kevin was patient with that as well. He clearly explained the financial differences between the purchase and lease deals. All with no pressure whatsoever. Thank you to Kevin and the rest of the team!

Brought my 2013 Azera this week in for 60,000 pre estimated service. When i recieved the bill,I almost lost my lunch because the estimate and bill were worlds apart.Once I voiced my concerns,Kat,my service representative worked it out to were MCGovern and I could both be HAPPY!! Thanks Kat!!.
