I was pleasantly surprised at the low-pressure, pleasant and professional service I received at Avon Auto Brokers. The auto was in fine shape when I reviewed it but it did have some issues that needed attention. These issues were identified and I was assured that they would be rectified prior to my closing on the vehicle. Yes, there were some glitches but they were worked out in the end. I do have one outstanding issue with the tires. The tires needed to be replaced and, after some haggling, Avon agreed to replace the tires with the original Hankook tires that the car presently had on it. When I picked the car up and got it home I had a chance to look closer at the tires and found that they were a General tire of which were a less expensive tire. I have an issue with the fact that I was not informed of the change prior to picking up the car. I hope Avon will make this right as we are still in discussion about this issue.

What can I say!!haha They have been in business for 28 year and counting. From the first email to meeting them in person. It was great to buy my first Lexus!!I would buy again and again!!!They have a great select of beautiful car!!

Dear Dana, Thank you so much for finding me my dream car! This is the 8th vehicle that I have purchased from Avon Auto Brokers. Its nice to go to a place where everyone knows you and treats you like family. Everyone that works there has been there for a long time, which says a lot for Dana. They all go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and without the pressure like at other dealerships. Avon Auto Brokers always has the nicest equipped cars and the lowest prices for hundreds of mile. I searched long and hard for my Mercedes S550. They not only had the best looking one but they beat everyone's price. My salesman Ron Richie made sure I was getting a good deal and also I was happy with every step of the process.

I wen to buy a car and was burnt out on all of the hard sale tacktis of other dealers where I had gone. the first salesman gave me the keys and allowed me to drive the car alone. No hard sell, condescending small talk or any of that. The salesman showed me some winter scratches and told me they would be repaired. When I made my offfer a little bit lower, I offered to take the car "as is". INitially, they did not accept my offer, but then they did. When I met with the manager, he told me that the scratches would be fixed anyway. I walked away feeling like I got a very fair deal and was treated with respect.

1. THESE 5-STAR REVIEWS MAY NOT BE GENUINE, since Avon asks for good review with free oil changes in return. 2. DO NOT TRUST AVON! I made a serious mistake that I didn't do a full inspection of my car immediately after the purchase, which will cost over $7000 to fix. And they refused to fix it. 3. The salesperson is not honest, since he promised 3-time free oil changes. But after the purchase, later changed to 3-time oil changes in exchange of a good review.

so i'm in the process of buying a car from them right now. so far so good. they completed 4 out of the 5 items they definitely said would be taken care of from the time they "sold" me the car to when it's ready to be picked up. if they don't complete all of them, this review and rating will be revised to reflect that.

I purchased a beautiful 2008 Cadillac STS4. Matt in sales gave me a great deal on my trade in and an excellent price on my car. We inspected the car everything I listed was replaced or repaired. After driving my car for several days I noticed a squealing while braking. I called scheduled a visit and all 4 rotors and disc brake pads were replaced. Tom provided me with excellent service.
