If you need to buy a car, get it at Lux Auto Plus! I just purchased my fourth vehicle from Lux. Billy Mish has been my go to pro. He is simply unbelievable! Billy has taken care of my family for over 10 years. I don’t consider going anywhere else. At Lux and with Billy, I have experienced a standard of care, concern, trust, transparency, patience, listening and true interest in me and my needs. You will never experience pressure or manipulation and they will respect your timeline for making the decision. On a personal note, I have experienced a business setback and personal loss. Billy, Joe (the owner) and Vinnie (finance director) worked with me, without judgement, to fulfill my needs. The understanding and compassion I felt was truly heartwarming and touching. Lux Auto is the best !! Just bought a Ford Escape from Billy Mish !! It was the easiest fastest car buying experience ever . Friendly Professional and Honest . No gimmicks no haggling back and forth . In and out and drove home the same day. Great place with great service .

Dan McNulty was great to work with very funny and made the process of buying a car very easy and painless. I first went in a few months ago and things didn't work out but Dan never gave up on me and continued to follow up with me untill things worked out and I was able to get into a new vehicle. very impressed with him and everyone at Lux.

they got me when i was at my worst. the nice big fancy dealership next door railroaded my credit down and put me in possibly the worst mood of my life. well that's when I went here and met billy. who possibly had the worst sweater on I've ever seen...ugly sweater Christmas competition. but he stuck with me through the entire process and even helped move an insurance claim along in a weekend because my blessing in disguise happened to total my car on the way to trade it in. negative equity now gone as well. and I'm happily sporting a Mini Cooper S that's actually a rare gem all thanks to him. Id definitely recommend this place as the "FUN" car experience we all hope for. couldn't ask for better really

Saw my dream truck at Lux Auto recently and was quickly greeted by Billy when looking over the truck, he was a fantastic salesman and knew exactly what he was doing. Very respectful and was knowledgeable of the truck. He made the paperwork process go by like it never happened. The rest of the Lux Auto team where fantastic very sociable and made buying a truck easy. I Recieved the vehicle the SAME day I purchased it and was spotless inside and out. With the Holidays being so close Billy and the rest of the team made it convenient and comfortable for me and being able to drive away in my dream truck.
