A funny thing happened on the way to the dealership

We have just bought a 2023 aviator hybrid from Sarat and had a salesman John Day who had to scramble successfully as we went from one vehicle to another. We both love it. I was going to purchase a cx90 had put a down payment when my wife said call John and see what he has. Long story short we bought a second hybrid aviator. Could not have asked for a better salesman and dealership plus the cars are wonderful Lincoln has done an excellent job with their luxury models

Service letdown

Overall, Sarat has been my go to for purchasing and service. I cannot recall a bad experience. However, my most recent visit was for and oil change and a couple of small sensor diagnostic issues. Long story short, my truck was there for three days for just an oil change. I was told there were no technicians available over this three day period to take a look at the sensor issue. Also, I was very detailed when I made the appointment about the felt skid pan being torn and needing to be replaced, and after three days and no phone calls about it, when I picked the truck up I was told they “could” order a skid pan and replace it at another appointment. Not sure why they didn’t call on day one or two or even the morning of day three to explain this. Also not sure why they didn’t just do it, when I told them this was an issue I wanted repaired. I will continue to use and recommend Sarat Ford, I’m just disappointed in this most recent visit.

Fantastic Lincoln Ford dealership

I recently purchased a Lincoln MKS at this dealership in it was a fantastic experience. The salesman (Gary) was probably the best salesman I've ever dealt with. The dealership staff was all super friendly. I bought the car out of state and they let me take a dealer plate to drive the car home! Then they paid the postage for the plate to be sent back. How many dealers would do that?

Services cost me over $1K. Asked to diagnose squeak in wheels. Still there 😖. They said I needed new wipers. They are less than a yr old. That means they never even checked. What else goes unchecked??

i had a mini-crisis with my Honda. Sarat Ford was amazing in getting me into serivce, diagnosiing the problem and offering options. i ended up buying a new car. Even though it has only been a few days, i am loving my new Ford Escape Hybrid. Jeff and his staff are amazing. i recommend them to anyone who needs good wheels.

Exceptional Service

What a transformation. Over the last 2 years I have seen a transformation take place in the Service Dept. I use to to feel in trepidation and intimidation walking into the service dept. I would feel like I was putting them out because they had to do their job. Not anymore at least not the last 3 times I have been there this year. My experience was the opposite. Marley was the best. Pleasant, helpful and courteous. Thank you! Still a few there but I just don’t go to their desk.

In and out within one day!

This is our busy time of the year as we serve the Homeless in the Greater Springfield area. We could not be without our van for long. Sarat was able to bring it in and have it back to us the next day so we didn't miss a beat with our mobile feeding vehicle. The heater was fixed and we were back in business not missing any time to serve the homeless men, women, and children. Form all of us at Springfield Rescue Mission---Thank you!
