The staff was great! The salesman, Fred, was helpful, kind, understanding, and helped me through a very difficult time!! I have had many difficulties in my life and my family helped me by purchasing the new car. Fred knew the situation and although I was struggling by needing help from my family, Fred helped me feel more at ease.

From start to finish the Waldorf Ford Team was Phenomenal. Bill Millman is an Ace salesman, no pressure, knows the products and great personality. Financing Rep was quick, attentive and accurate. Dawn in After market was Super, got the mud flaps, protection features and now the Explorer looks and feels even better. Awesome staff that goes that little bit extra to give you a sweet deal.

This time around with your dealership was very pleasant. It was the third time I tried to buy a car from Waldorf Ford since November 2012. I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. The staff was very helpful, I think I should have gotten a little better deal, but overall I was satisfied.

I went in to just test drive a 2016 Ford Mustang Ecoboost and ended up purchasing one. Cory and Reggie at Waldorf Ford were phenomenal to work with. Cory was very knowledgable about the vehicle, offered great comparison advice and helped me select the best model for my needs. Reggie worked his magic with my financing. He was patient and understanding. I left with an amazing deal. Cory and Reggie had a warm presence. Very friendly and communicated well. I would recommend anyone to work with them at Waldorf Ford.

2015 F-150 Lariat 3.5l SuperCrew. The staff was courteous and helpful though it was obvious the sales person was new to the job. The sales and finance manager did their jobs well and the entire process was efficient and fairly quick. An initial concern about the integrated brake controller and it's addition to my vehicle was resolved by the dealership management very quickly and professionally.

Bought a 2016 Ford Escape. The salesman Fred Gillum was extremely helpful and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The finance department was also a great help when it came to going into detail about the incentives and rebates. Was willing to exceed expectations and find us the best possible monthly payment and price. All in all, great experience and would definitely but there again.

Third time not a charm

This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Waldorf Ford. Some confusion in that I got several emails saying the radio had been replaced when in fact it wasn't replaced at that time. Issue was resolved adequately. It took a week before I could take delivery of my new 2015 F-250 4x4 from the time I signed the financing paperwork and when I actually took delivery. That was pretty aggravating. I am generally happy with them but felt like I had to make all of the calls to keep on top of the status of my new vehicle this time and had to continually enumerate what all needed to be done (radio fixed/replaced, trailer brake controller add-on, bed spraying, cleaning and having a full tank of gas when I took delivery). They offered to let me take it home the night I signed the papers but then I would have had to bring it back to the dealership 3 times for different things they were scheduled to do to it. That would have definitely been a nightmare. Would I buy from Waldorf Ford again? Yes I would. I got a great deal on the truck by using TRUECar discount and $4750 in rebates. I was trading two vehicles for my new truck and that was where the severe negotiating happened. Final price was reasonable.
