Worth the Drive

I drove 450 miles one way to get to Ourisman Subaru, and buy the car I had researched for months. I was wary because I lived so far away, but the people at the dealership were professional and pleasant to deal with. I was at the dealership for three and a half hours to finalize the deal; but I don't blame them for what was beyond their control. If I lived in their area of the country, I would shop there again.

Best car buying experience EVER!

This is my second car from this dealership. Honestly, this was the most carefree and stress free buying of my 4th Subaru. Robb in sales was honest, straight-forward and really approachable. He made the buying process easy. This dealership found me what I wanted after seeing the Subaru Impreza RS in white, but I wanted black. They got the car to the dealership in a few hours and made sure the car was ready for me the next morning. I was very happy with how I was treated from start to finish. I won't go anywhere but Ourisman Subaru for my vehicle needs. I recommend them.

Predatory Upsell. Poor Communication and Service

3 months ago painted part had run streaks. Scheduled appt to have part removed for paint. Car was also scheduled for routine service. We also requested a new headlight bulb 3 hours after drop off, received call from Chris, who advised all my lights were out and needed to be replaced. I know this is not true because they were tested by me prior to drop off. Then i was advised that the engine and cabin air filters were dirty. I recently replaced the cabin air filter few month ago. So these upsell attempts seem predatory. No all people who send car for service are naive! Lastly Chris advised that there was no technician available for the scheduled service to remove the poorly painted part. In conclusion i got an oil change and a bulb. But mostly i got unnecessary aggravation. Service here used to be great… not sure whats going on there be its very disappointing How can you be a loyal customer to an Un-loyal/ Un-trustworthy business…?

Great service. Left the car, but was done within two hours. Oil and filter, change, tire, rotation, safety, check, and complementary car wash. Also, had them replace the battery in my fob.

Brought my car in for service for the first time. I didn’t realize not all dealerships provide Lifetime oil changes, so this was confusing to me at first, but the service advisor got me on the same page and after that I the experience was top notch and what I have come to expect from a Subaru dealership in any state.

After trying our local Subaru dealer and having no luck communicating with them, I reached out to Ourisman Subaru. These guys were great emailing and answering all our questions, as well as working with us to find the Forester Sport that we wanted at the right price. Can't say enough about their genuinely friendly and helpful attitude. Our Sales person Amaria was great.

He showed me what they had and allowed us to test drive the vehicle, Mr. Samms professionalism and demeanor was exceptional. He provided the kind of customer service I was looking for from start to finish. Mr. Samms worked with us the entire time and I purchased the car.
