Sale representative, Rachel, was not pushy, was eager to help, was knowledgeable, and presented multiple vehicles that were similar to our search. The showroom was clean and masks were worn by the staff. Buying process was an overall pleasurable experience.

Justin Byrd in sales is the best salesman that I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from. He was professional, courteous, and an absolute pleasure while working through the complexities of purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and Justin to anyone of my colleagues and/or friends. Justin’s boss, Jennifer Duncan, was also a pleasure to work with as well. The combination of those two personalities work well together and made this experience enjoyable. That says a lot about the morale of this dealership considering most vehicle purchasing experiences tend to be unpleasant. I was in and out of the door within two hours. That includes negotiating a trade-in value for my old vehicle and coming to an agreement on a new Jeep Gladiator. I do feel satisfied with the amount I paid for this vehicle and don’t have any buyer’s remorse. Thank you to that whole staff and especially Justin and Jennifer. I will be coming back and throwing out names of who I want to deal with.
