I purchased a used vehicle from this company. The truck was fine, but everything else regarding the sales process was terrible. They promised a full tank of gas that I did not get. They would not honor the Edmunds Price Promise. The sales rep apparently had no idea how registrations in Delaware worked as he did not give me the title. I asked if I needed that, which I thought I did. He said, no, you just need Odometer certificate and bill of sale. When I went to DMV, the rep said that sales person was incorrect and a title is needed. After 10 days, he finally returned my call. Still waiting on the title to be mailed to me. Getting the run around on that too. I had to wait about 3.5 hours even though it was a simple cash deal. They pulled out all the tricks like have another sales rep come over and say "good thing you are getting that truck, we've been getting all kinds of calls for it"... The truck was on the lot for 3 months. They are exactly why customers hate the car buying process. The slime of the sales person, lack of knowledge of car buying process and lack of follow up. I will never use this business again.
