We went to Easterns after being told by another dealer that they couldn't do anything since I was in BK. Easterns got me approved and made sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. We ended up doing the 7 day exchange and again the salesman Darryl M and the manager Glenn went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. I can't recommend them enough!!! If you are in the market for another car and in a BK or discharged from BK go there and ask for Darryl M and he will help you out! Thanks again Darryl and Glenn!!!

THE WAY CAR BUYING SHOULD BE

When I walked into Eastern's I have to admit I was hesitant. I am, well once upon a time I was one of those people who would never consider getting a car from anywhere else but the dealer itself, that is until I met Johnny. I walked into Easterns with an attitude and left with a car and a smile. All those preconceived notions I had about the "crooked", "thirsty", "will say anything to close the deal" car salesman were buried by Johnny's expertise, professionalism, dedication to my needs and preferences as a customer versus what his commission would look like. He listened, he explained things over and over again, he provided me with options, and let me choose between them. He worked hard to get me the car I wanted, at a good price, and with a reasonable interest rate despite my financial and credit issues. I didn't walk out feeling like I was rushed or forced to go with something I didn't want, and even today I have no regrets with my choice or any service issues with my car. I would recommend car buying at Easterns to anyone especially if the customer service provided by Johnny is the culture of the company, and it seemed like it was. As I sat and waited for my paperwork to be completed I didn't hear any persuasive techniques being used on uneducated customers or eager youngsters just hard working salesman stating facts. What stood out to me the most about my experience at Eastern's is that every now and again for the past 8 months I get a call from Johnny which I often miss but am greeTed by a voicenail to say that he is just checking on my satisfaction with my car and he appreciates my business which really means a lot considering he probably spent my commission check that same weekend lol Thanks Johnny
