Bought my second car from here. First you are buying a used car. and most of us have traded in cars before for one reason or another. Newer model or we just did not want to put the money in it . with that the dealers does the best they can to make sure its safe, and in good repair when we purchase. A used car is going t need some maintenance. New tires in maybe six months, new belt in six months, maybe a brake job in six months, it is a used car, and Maryland is one of the tighter states on resale. Pasadena pre owned gives the customer access to the Carfax, so you have a vey good idea of what you are buying, and the car passed the Maryland state inspection. My first car was in very good shape and I invested in it and it was in even better shape when I traded it and will gave me over book because I had all the records, so he new exactly what he was getting, and I seen the Carfax on what I was buying and was satisfied with the overall transaction. It needed some cosmetic work and there was no issue , they were more than agreeable to do it at no cost. Needed warranty work on the first one, no problem with that either. My point ask, listen , and respect and I am sure you will get the same in return. This is a local dealer that needs local people to purchase his product, reputation is everything. I am happy with my decision to go back and buy again, and I am sure that if I keep up on the maintenance, the car will keep me on the road.

My last car was totaled and I was out of a car for a little bit. I went to some other bigger dealerships in the area that were very pushy and uncooperative, wouldn’t return my phone calls when it came to financing. I’m grateful that my loan officer/banker recommended me to this place. Will, Austin, and everyone is great he makes you feel welcomed and wants to work with you.
