The lease of my worry

It is my firm opinion that Mr. Carl Parker, Lease Turn-in Official, does not care about his customers, because he does not care about his job. I just had a talk with Mr. Parker who refuses to give me a manager who will allow a simple turn-in of an end-of-lease vehicle. I am only allowed to beleive that he (Mr. Parker) is the one that speaks for the Passport organization as a whole, and his words are the words of Passport Automotive. If this is the case and as he stated "take your lease turn-in somewhere else" then I may as well take the business I was going to give to Passport BMW elsewhere too. What Mr. Parker does not realize is the overall effect his actions will have on everyone in the Passport Automotive Group. The only solution I would suggest is, I talk to someone with consumer service skills and Mr. Parker be allowed to finish his day at his cubicle making no contact with one of Passport's longest consumers. Just research how many vehicles I have leased with the Passport Automotive Group.

They tricked us

The car dealers dont have a good reputation and we know why now. This dealership called us a couple of times. Finally we told them the price we can pay and asked if they can match it. We specifically told them that this is our of the dealer price. The person we talked said he will ask his boss and call us back. He called in 10 minutes and said he will give us the car for the price we said we could pay. We asked again that this the price that includes everything, tags tax, processing fee etc... And he said yes couple of times and asked us to be at the dealer withing the hour. So we canceled my birthday lunch and drove to the dealer which was 45 min away. Just to make sure we called him from the road about the price. When we got there the person we talked to made us wait for a while and then the manager came. He knew the price we have been told. He went back and forth to his office and came back with a price $3000 more. Basically they lied to us just to get us to the dealer. Then they start talking about some used cars that they are in our price range, We had a very bad experience and do not recommend them
