I found a car that ticked all my boxes. Downside was that the dealership was 3.5 hours away. I decided to contact Leonardtown Ford anyway. I got a quick response from our salesperson, Happy, who helped us every step of the way. Over the next few days, we also spoke to Brent, Mike and Eric, leading up to our purchase. If I missed anyone's name, I apologize. We made the trip and I don't regret it. They had everything ready for us when we got there and wrapped things up in an incredibly short time. Everyone was so professional and treated us so well. I absolutely love my new car. They were honest and accurate in the description of the vehicle and didn't screw around with me or my time. I really appreciate everything this dealership did for us and I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle!

This was the most painless thing I have ever done. Mark and Vicki were both wonderful in helping me get the car I wanted and going through the paper work was so easy. Everything was explained wonderfully to me. The team at this ford went above and beyond my expectations. I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else ever again.

Everyone that I encountered at Leonardtown Ford well exceeded my expectations. After dealing with the nightmare that is Lexington Park Ford, I was beyond relieved not to be taken advantage of or strung along. Every person that I talked to was very kind and informative. My vehicle received routine maintenance and the problem with the air conditioner was resolved. The service was completed promptly, and the service desk did the research to confirm that the air conditioner issue was covered under the extended warranty. I have come to expect this, but I do appreciate it!
