I would never recommend this place to anyone. Everyone is unprofessional. I will admit I was desperate for a car and settled. 5 months later I found out my car was a lemon. Everything on the car was bad the brakes, steering wheel, rotors,, break calibers, etc. It took me 2 paper tags to finally get y hard tags. I later learned my car never went through inspection. I traded a vehicle that had been purchased there previously back in july of 2018, because this vehicle should never have been sold in the first place they agreed to do a buy back ( dont think it actually passed state inspection but i will get back to that later), I am still getting bill payment request from previous finance company because Source Auto Group has not paid my original loan off as of they said they would do, which is affecting my credit, the vehicle I purchased could not possibly passed state inspection due to the fact that one of the rear doors would not shut and had to have a new part installed( my fault for not checking all the doors upon picking up vehicle). I do not think they are honest about there vehicles and still have not had my old truck paid for I will be contacting the BBB and the Maryland State Inspection office about there fraudulant activities.

I have been trying to get a clear title from the dealership after making my payment as agreed. The man, Wayne, who seems to be the only one who can do anything, is never there. He promised to fed ex over the lien release over a week ago and never has and won't return any phone calls. I have called every day for over a week now. No one is helpful and I still don't have my lien release. Terrible place. Contacting an attorney just to get my lien release letter. Sad.
