I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2023 Ford Explorer from Diehl's Ford. Ben was very patient with me going over the Maverick, F150 Lariat and Explorer before I made the choice of the Explorer. He offered a very fair trade in value for my old Explorer. Took care of the financing with Ford, transferred my tags and insurance. After the purchase he reviewed all the new bells and whistles that are on the new Explorers.

An all around wonderful experience

I recently graduated from college and got my first real, good-paying job. I owned a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport, that I used to get me to and from class these last few years. However, after starting my new job, I realized I need a more reliable vehicle. The Explorer only had 150,000 miles on it, but it had several other problems. In the last month or so it had started to slip, and more recently started shutting off on me. I contacted Eric Diehl and Diehl's Ford and within a week they had me in a brand new 2017 Ford Escape. Eric and the team at Diehls were extremely helpful and gave me a great deal on the first vehicle I ever purchased by myself, with the help of my parents. I would strongly recommend Diehl's Ford to anyone in the market to buy a new vehicle.

Have Not repaired our vehicles Transmission.

Transmission problem was and is still under warrenty, was in shop once they replaced a seal pack, the problem is the clutches, waiting on parts they keep saying. That it is a common problem with the transmission in our 2014 Focus. This has been an issue for over 6 months.
