Received great support from Nick the KIA salesman that we were working with. We also had support from Mike the Kia sales manager and really appreciated the personal touches that made the shopping and purchase processes a breeze. The whole team was very understanding and flexible to enable us to leave in our new vehicle after the normal closing time!

Johnathan Yurek was our sales rep and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole truck buying experience. We received a great deal on a new truck and we were able to get everything we wanted. When we came to pick up the truck and the dealership manager introduced himself and took the time to go over everything in the truck and explain every button and how it worked. That time taken was extremely helpful and appreciated.

Everyone was friendly and courteous from the moment I walked through the door. My sales person, Christian, worked hard to find a vehicle at a price I would be happy with, and John explained the lease process to me in detail, which was appreciated, as I am new to the experience.

My wife came to visit "Bob Bell" on May 5. Her Birthday and she had Jonathan as her Salesman. Jonathan did a great job answering all of her questions and treated my wife with respect. He was the only person she wanted to work with after that point. After meeting him yesterday I can understand why. He did a great job with both of us.

Very helpful sales person. Attractive showroom, good attitude on price, good after-purchace maintenance included. Everyone involved in the sale was very polite and friendly. Financing and title process went smoothly, even though multiple vehicles were involved. I bought two cars at the same time, and Bob Bell Ford really went out of their way to help transport the new vehicles to my home.

1st time car buying

We came to the dealership just looking at vehicles, hoping to test drive a few vehicles we had in mind of purchasing. We were greeted immediately and it was nice we weren't followed through the lot, but the two representatives seemed very courtesy and were available if we needed them. The sale went smooth, the salesmen, Nick, was very patient with my husband and I as we reviewed numbers and was very respectful, choosing to leave us to talk over the numbers instead of being there, interfering and pressuring us to buy like other dealerships seem too. We were surprised with how this transaction didn't feel like we were being robbed, or there were hidden costs or agenda's in the sale. The dealership definitely strays away from the typical stereotype of most. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

The overall service of bobbell was phenomeinal! If you want to get a new car and be treated great go see Kenny Golder he is my sales man and he has been in the business for a long time, he knows what he is talking about and will not lie to you and is willing to answer any question you throw at him!

Best car buying experience ever!!!

Wonderful car buying experience. Ken Golder did everything necessary to allow me to leave the dealership with my new car that day. I had been approved for financing before going there, and only had an email confirmation. I was allowed to leave there with my new car and a promise to take them the check when I received it. In addition, Bob Bell includes free oil changes for as long as I own the car. Can't beat that.

I just purchased my fourth Ford from Bob Bell Ford in Glen Burnie MD. I could not be happier, The deal was once again very fair and I was treated like an old friend.
