I purchased a preowned vehicle from this dealership and waited over 30 days for registration. When I contacted the dealership, I was told there was an issue with obtaining the title. Long story short, I was sold a vehicle that can not be registered because there is no title available. I was advised by my financial institution as well as corporate to return the vehicle to the dealership. Both the GM and the sales manager refused to take it back stating that I was voluntarily surrendering the vehicle. I am not voluntarily surrendering the vehicle, you sold a vehicle without a title and have had ample time to fix it.

My husband and I recently purchased our first Mercedes from Michele Batta at EuroMotorcars Germantown. She was OUTSTANDING! Even though we didn't schedule an appointment and came in close to closing, she took her time and showed us the features of the car I was interested in. Michele is a long-time Mercedes owner and really knows the brand. We had a lot of fun during the test drive with her. She was funny and patient and really made me feel comfortable. She made our experience the best of any we've had at a car dealership. (I have to say that as a woman, I have never been catered to at a car dealership before going to EuroMotorcars.) Then she introduced us to the General Manager - Scott Weber. He was also OUTSTANDING! He went above and beyond to help us and gave us an amazing deal. (I still can't believe the deal we got!) Michele, Scott, and Rambod Gharib in finance even stayed late so we could take our new baby home that night. When we came back the next day to pick up our Garmin chip, Jonathan Charles took time to show us the rest of the tech features in our car. He was fantastic! Honestly, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how great our experience was. Everyone working at EuroMotorcars wears a smile and treats you like family. Even Alex Benitez (sales), who wasn't directly involved in our sale, came over just to chit chat and congratulate us. We love our new Benz, and I can’t imagine driving any other brand in the future. We will definitely send more business their way. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! ASK FOR MICHELE!

Buying a new car could be somewhat frightful. Salesman pressure, haggling, negotiating back and forth, typically an experience one can do without. I've bought three cars from them in the past 2 years (ML350, C300 Sport & a CLA45 AMG) and this is the best dealership I have bought from by far. I've had a Subaru, ford, Audi, and a Mazda, but the experience with Euromotorcars in Germantown is bar none. My last sales rep, Shahul, was excellent and kept in communication without being pushy and Joe in the service department is a class act. Looking forward to more purchases from them in the future. Also, the dealership and Sevice dept. are spotless, uncluttered, comfortable and well stocked with refreshments as well.

Purchased a Certified Pre-owned GL450 - two days after purchase notice crack in windshield. Repairman said that the crack had been previously repaired, and there was not much more that could be done to correct it other than replacement. Dealership agreed that a crack in windshield required CPO to replace windsheild, but then said becuase their CPO review did not catch the crack, it was not their responsibility to pay to fix it. They do however charge you a premium price for a vehicle that has been through the CPO process. This is ridiculous. In other words, we are all crossing our fingers that they actually did a good job in their 130 point CPO inspection, and to the extent they did not do a thorough job, it is not their responsibility. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not stand behind the purported Mercedes Benz standards for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle.

I have visited euro motorcars along with my wife and spent about couple of hours with your sales rep. We test drove the following car 2011 Mercedes-Benz E 350 in Germantown, MD Price: $29,138 Mileage: 24,160 miles Listed for: 1 days When we gave an offer, sales manager refused to honor the advertised price of $29,138.00. Sales manager did not even bother to show up in person and give an explanation why he cannot honor advertised price. Sales Rep said they are willing to sell for 37,000( approximately $8000 more than advertised price). Euro motorcars should realize that they have wasted our entire evening. It sounds so ridiculous and they should take full responsibility for thier actions. I have saved the screenshots of your ad for future references.

First time Ive had to deal with car dealerships and it was a very good experience. They actually talked me out of the larger, more expensive GL since we are only a family of 3. I ended up getting a brand new M-class with great options. Scott the manager, Shahoul the associate and even Al in finance were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Although at the end of the day they were trying to sell me the car, I never really felt pressured (except by my wife who wanted the car!). They didnt try to sell me any gimmicks, final total and monthly price was reasonable and I really have no complaints. I would definitely do it again with this team.

The experience I had at this dealership was just wonderful. Nobody annoyed me when I walked onto the parking lot. Everybody was respectful of my time, helped when I needed it and I felt that nobody was trying to sell me something I didn't want. My sales guy and the finance office were very knowledgeable and honest. I will always deal with Mercedes-Benz in Germantown again.
