Average buying experience with Audi.

Overall, I had a pleasant buying experience. When I first visited the location, I wondered around in the office for almost 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. The initial test drive process with Michael was professional and AN overall good experience. I went back around 4-5 days later to finalize paperwork and purchase the vehicle. The process was a breeze, however it felt extremely rushed. After all of the paperwork was signed, it was as if I wasn't even a customer. There were a few small things that arose that seemed to be an extreme bother to the sales team and sales manager. When trying to inquire about access to the phone application for the vehicle, I overheard a very unpleasant response from the manager who seemed to be bothered by my request. I did have one issue with the vehicle that was noticed just after purchase that was handled swiftly and professionally by the service department. Fran in service is amazing and will make sure you are taken care of. Overall, I would give my experience a 3/5.

Andre Williams is an incredible Service Representative. He goes out of his way to make sure I am completely satisfied. Today they delivered my car to my home after a service recall repair. I wish more companies gave the type of service that the crew at Oursman Audi gives

VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTENTED DEALERSHIP!!! Matt Greenland was phenomenal. Matt was low-pressure, asked questions to get to know what we were looking for in a vehicle, and then he actually listened when we answered. Matt's expertise was shown when he suggested vehicles that fit my family's needs AND our budget! Then he diligently worked with the financial management team to get us a fair price. I would highly recommend Matt and the Ourisman team if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!
