Very easy ordering and delivery. Salesman, Corey Burda was a joy to work with. In all my years of buying vehicles this BY FAR was my best experience. Frederick Ford was also great to work with. They made the process easy and kept me apprised on the status of my order.

We purchased a crossover SUV. The dealership appeared to be tidy and the purchase experience went smoothly and efficiently. The salesperson was personable, informed and in no way pushy. We are quite happy with the vehicle so far.

Went in recently to trade in my BRZ for a 16 WRX and was quickly helped and handed off to Grant. Grant asked the right questions in the right order and didn't dodge any of the hard ones. He was honest and professional and quickly understood what I wanted and what we needed to do to get it done. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, and picked up when I was in familiar waters so we could quickly move on. I hope he is well appreciated and compensated. You'll get the feeling that Grant is way overqualified for his floor sales position, and you'll probably be right. If the rest of the staff is like him it's no wonder they're so highly rated.

I was in contact with several Subaru Dealerships at the time of purchase, each giving me a decent run around with the pricing of a new vehicle and trade in value of my own. I was able to get in contact with Walter and he made the whole process a breeze. Very knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions and get me in and out of the dealership in no more than 2 hours. Got a great price on my WRX and couldn't have asked for more. The financing team was straight to the point, no pressure, and quick. Thank you again for the great experience!

What a great salesperson!

I had a very good experience from this dealer. I went and took test drive of a 2011 Ford Escape XLT. Sherry (salesperson) was very good in helping me to select the vehicle. She helped me all the way thru the purchase process and also waited for my insurance company to fax me the temp insurance card which took 2 hours after calling the insurance company like 10 times. All in all, no pressure from my salesperson or the finance dept when buying or signing the papers. I would definitely recommend others to go to The Frederick Motor company and ask for Sherry Ryan.
