I first want to address the issue raised by map21704. I recently purchased a new Audi from Audi Frederick. The professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy extended to me by every person in the dealership from sales, finance, and tech explanation was exceptional. My purchase experience was as follows. This was the easiest and least stressful of any purchase I have ever made. I was not intending to buy an Audi. I was focused on BMW. However, my research led me to Audi. I contacted several Audi dealers and got some pricing information. I pass by Audi Frederick each week and always noticed they did not seem to have a large inventory. I was somewhat skeptical of the price at this dealership. I emailed Audi Frederick for a quote. The sales manager quickly responded with a quote which was several hundred less than any other quote. I did my research and told the sales person the price I wanted to pay, the interest rate I needed, and the amount I needed for my trade. I actually told them a bit less on all three to allow for some negotiation. We had a deal within 90 minutes, including test driving different models. We were out of the dealership in about 4 hours. Usually when I buy I have no issues with price. The issues arise with the trade value and in the F&I office. For this buy, I got exactly what I wanted for my trade. The F&I manager was unexpectedly pleasant. Absolutely no games. Of course he attempted to sell various products. He quickly accepted my no to those products. He did not attempt to continue to sell.

Dylan gave a sense that he was in a rush, didn't seem interested in spending time. Poor knowledge of the vehicle. It was the shortest test ride i have ever taken. He gave the impression of take or leave it.

Exactly the car I wanted and needed sold and delivered with perfect professionalism. The sale on the CPO 2015 A3 was so favorable I extended my relationship to inclue extended care and warranty packages. Audi Frederick and affiliates offered me a range of options and completed the purchase with all due efficiency. Excellent on friendliness, staff diversity, and cleanliness. Jeff and Matt are excellent

My husband and I were in the market for a quality used minivan. We researched and visited many dealerships in the tri-state area but none compared to the attentive and efficient treatment we received from our very first visit to Ourisman, Frederick. We met Jeff Eubinag the first day we drove into the lot to look at the Toyota Sienna we had found online. Jeff was helpful and kind without being pushy! We took the car for a test drive and Jeff was able to answer our questions or quickly researched answers if he didn't know them off hand. We ended up purchasing the Sienna and were very pleased with the negotiations! We felt respected and were certainly treated fairly! We ended up with an EXCELLENT deal! The financing team and everyone who worked with us were polite and very helpful and spent time with us answering our questions and making sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. After buying the car we had some questions about some features that we couldn't figure out and took the car back to see Jeff. He came right out and jumped in the car with us and helped us figure out what we were doing wrong - he found the solution to each of our concerns and did it all with a smile! So very friendly and helpful!!! After a few days we realized that the van was missing the rear window sunscreen on one side. We brought the van back and told them it was missing. They could have gotten away with not replacing the missing part, but they didn't - Matt (I think he's the manager), spoke with me and decided to make it right at the expense of the dealership. The part itself was over $100 and they got it ordered for us and installed it for no charge. This wasn't just a quick done deal buy as we had many questions, but through all our multiple encounters everyone, especially Jeff and Matt, was extremely helpful and courteous! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

Great buying experience

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gave me what I wanted on my trade in and then some. In addition if you know what you want, tell them and they will work with your needs with a no haggle negotiation. I would buy (and plan on) purchasing my next vehicle from this dealer due to very positive purchasing experience that I have never received from other dealerships. Both Matt and Lorenzo in sales were super cool people and I really appreciate the service they provided. Easy, quick, and no headache experience all around!
