We were not very pleased with the initial entry into the dealership, no acknowledgment or greeting, but our wonderful sales lady changed it all around! She was super sweet! and knowledgeable about the vehicles and attentive to my needs for what I wanted in a vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

Gerson my Audi Specialist was wonderful. Kevin the branch manager was also wonderful. Together they both made my buying experience hassle free. I felt like a valued customer. Gerson, followed up post-purchase to inquire of my satisfaction with the vehicle and if I needed any additional questions answered. William the finance officer made me feel welcome. He took the time to go through the documentation and addressed all of my concerns. Jessica the technology specialist was very attentive and gave of her time. I didn't feel rushed. She was also readily available post-purchase to answer questions. Overall, those mentioned were respectful of my time and me as a customer.

Bad 7 months

It took 7 months for me to get my license plates and tried to rip me off. Lied about a warranty said it would be an extra $10 a month and would end of being around $300 instead it was $4000 in total. I canceled right away still waiting on check 7 months later. Sales staff was good management is not good

I saw the vehicle I wanted online and entered my information. Seth reached out to me to schedule a time for me to come in and test drive the car. I left there with a brand new Q5. He made sure to have me schedule an appointment with the technology expert who took her time to go through all the features of the vehicle. Sales experience was good. After the sale they dropped the ball getting back to me with questions I had. I was told by two different people that I would get a call back and never did. I had to constenly bug them with texts.

40000 mile service

I brought my car in for its 40000 mile service and to have a grinding sound checked out. They identified the problem quickly and fixed it at no cost to me. When I got my car back the problem was fixed and my car drove much better.

Buying a car is fun --- Said No ONE !

1. No reason it should take 4 hrs to purchase a car. With todays No Haggle Pricing, 1.5 hrs tops ! 2. Sadly, the delay was the vehicle i wanted was NEVER ready ( cleaned, detailed ) which added to the delay. Not once but twice. First on the schedule day to test drive, and then the second time to actually go and deal for the car, still not ready to go 3. Upside .. Glenn Pre Owned mgr and the Vincent in Financing got me through the process.

Be purchased a car from Audi Hunt Valley 13 years ago and just went back to get a new Q7 Premier from the same salesman! We had an excellent experience the first time and even better the second. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely no pressure and willing to explain every detail about our new car to us.
