Jacob Jay was our sales person. We had been shopping around fir a month but never encountered a car sales person like him. Jacob was exceptional because he listened to our needs. He is a people person that can read between the lines and filter his information to help you. He is not a high pressure person like most. When we walked into Bethesda Audi we didn’t expect to walk out with a new lease but we did. And, after the deal was done he spent a couple of hours with us the next day explaining all of the features and controls in the car. I can’t thank him enough for his patience and help

We contacted several dealers in the area about getting a new Q3, Jacob, from Audi Bethesda was the only one to follow up in the most convenient matter, he was actually able to send us a detailed proposal of the vehicle cost (no hidden fees) in the very same day we contacted him. We drove to his office within a couple of hours and were surprised how fast we were able to get our new Q3. What we loved the most is that we paid exactly as the proposal he emailed to us earlier. Also, super knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. My family loves Audi cars, and we found our go to rep every time we will look into getting one.

I reached to every dealership in the DMV looking to purchase a Q3. I guess the car business is great because Jacob was really the only one who followed up. Once he started texting he got me all the info I needed, answered all my questions, set up a test drive, and I purchased the vehicle - all within days. It was a seamless transaction. He also did great follow up with additional information, answering my questions, and providing tutorials. If you are serious about purchasing an Audi, Jacob should be the only call you make!

Dealt with Jacob Jay (Audi Brand Specialist) - very good communication, responsive, reliable and knowledgable. Our nervousness about COVID was dealt with extremely well - we never went inside the dealership, even to sign papers when we picked-up the vehicle. Distancing made setup & learning the Audi tech a bit more challenging but Jacob did his best at pick-up and has been very responsive to questions afterwards as well.

Jacob reached out and was in contact well before our lease period ran out, presenting financing options, certified pre-owned, and other lease options at our request. We test drove the e-tron but decided on leasing a Q7. Jacob acquired a very rare 2020 Q7 that was an excellent fit for our needs and wants. We loved the Q5 as our intro to the Audi brand but need more space as we need to fit not one but two carseats come January. As always, we chose Audi Bethesda because of Jacob and his dedication to customer service, knowledge as a brand specialist, and appealing and helpful sales strategy. He listens, reads our emails, and respects our time. I look forward to many more transactions with Jacob at Audi Bethesda.

Recently purchased a Audi A4 from Audi Bethesda. Bought my car through Costco Car Buying Service working with a very informative salesman, Jacob Jay. Jacob spent a lot of time locating the car that I wanted; he was very efficient, knowledgeable on explaining all the many features the car has, being very responsive to my emails as well working to get me a good price. My wife and I recently took delivery of our second new Audi from Jacob Jay - we ordered a specific Q5 a few months ago, and he kept us updated throughout the process. Simone and Lindsay in finance assisted in getting the deal structured and all the numbers worked out in advance. Paperwork was quick and easy, and the car was detailed and ready out front when we arrived; he made sure to go over all the new features and tech compared to her old A6 as well. Overall, another smooth and painless purchase; we’ll definitely be back when it’s time for our next purchase! I purchased a new Audi Q7 from this dealer through the Costco Auto Buying Program. The entire transaction was handled by phone, email and electronic banking. Audi Bethesda was my first stop in late November during my quest to lease a Q5. I visited other Audi dealerships including Rockville, Frederick, and Owings Mills and one thing is clear Audi Bethesda surpassed the rest. We worked with brand specialist Jacob Jay who is knowledgeable, professional, easy going, and followed up with me on his day off. Sales manager Chad Dorfman also assisted me on his day off, making sure I was comfortable with the numbers and clear about the transaction. Both he and Jacob secured the exact vehicle I wanted from their sister dealership in VA. Simone Durbin in Finance went over everything with us the day we picked up the vehicle and again was gracious, and omniscient on all things Audi. We are new to the brand but are already devotees and in awe of the engineering, technology, and style that encompasses Audi vehicles. This has been my first leasing experience, and it was as simple as possible thanks to the team at Audi Bethesda. Jacob truly is the reason my husband and I decided to work with this dealership. Frederick is closer to our home and we wouldn’t have to battle Howard to Montgomery County traffic, but the brand specialist there was very aggressive and off putting. Jacob Jay, our Audi Brand Specialist at Audi Bethesda, turned the usual new-car buying hell into a wonderful experience. No hard sell, no BS, no games. He knows all the ins and outs of his cars, and is straight-forward, and honest. Plus he has a great sense of humor. I picked up my new RS3 at Audi Bethesda two weeks ago, and am absolutely in love with this car. I was referred to Jacob Jay by a colleague, and he did an excellent job! I was able to get the exact configuration I wanted, and he kept me updated throughout the build process. When it arrived, he sent extensive photos, and we worked out details on structuring the purchase before I came in to expedite things. Jacob had my RS3 detailed and fueled, and had reserved a parking space next to it so that it was the first thing I saw as I pulled into the dealership. Simone in the finance office had already prepared things for me, and the actual purchase was a painless and enjoyable half an hour. I've put nearly 1,000 miles on the car already, and look forward to working with Jacob, Simone, and the rest of their supporting team at Audi Bethesda for many future vehicles as well!
