Never will go back here again...

Went there to buy a new car on 31oct16. They did not honor my usaa true car price. Spent over 5 hours there trying to get the price where it should be, they never did lower the price of the car, just gave me more for my trade in (which they were supposed to pay off). However, left there happy and excited about my new car. Then 5 weeks later, got a call from finance that there was still paperwork we needed to sign to get my 500 dollar military discount. I then realized they had not processed any paper work, I wasn't going to get my tags in time or payment book AND my car I traded in was not paid off!!! Went in to sign papers and was assured my car would be paid off. I then got late payment notices from my car loan bank and it is going to affect my credit! Now it is 7 weeks later and nothing has been resolved, still have to pay off the car I traded in and no update from HONDA.

Never Again

I'm 73 and have bought a number of cars, new and used, over the years, but I have Never gotten a Hosing like I got from these people. Every deceptive trick in the "shady used car salesman's handbook," but all perfectly legal. And I bought right into it.
