Worst experience

Just bought a 2019 RAV4 and spent over $30,000 to find out the front license plate was hiding 6 holes (see picture) in the bumper which was not mentioned by the sales person. Took the SUV back to get it fixed and the communication between the used dealership and the body shop was horrible. The receptionist at the body shop was rude and had no record of my appointment. I paid $1,000 for “Jones for a lifetime” and the rental took about an hour to get, which was difficult with 2 small children. When I went to pick up the SUV I called Jones for a Juntion, because the body shop does not have a number, and the receptionist said the body shop was open until 7:00 pm, so when I drove an HOUR to come pick it up they said they were closed and there was nothing they could do. This company has the worst communication I have ever seen. They will sell you a car and all the “extras” and then give you no information about it and have ZERo internal communication. The worst buying experience of my life! I will not come back and never refer a friend.

This is the third vehicle I've purchased through Jones and the sales process is once again top notch. Willing to negotiate and work with us without feeling too "high pressure ". Knowing Jones and service department as well sealed the deal for us.

I learned from Jones Junction a few things when shopping and buying a new car. First, get every quote in writing throughout your dealing. Or you can expect when they give you a little more on your trade that they will tack it on elsewhere. If a salesman texts you "free five years of maintenance" it's not free. The fee will get added on elsewhere. They will have a lot of answers as to how they have to itemize things. Be especially careful with your finance person. If she pushes papers quickly at you telling you this is just for this or that take the time to read it carefully and look for added charges.

Very easy, straight forward dealership. No games. I told them what I want. They found it for the price I needed. Not a pushy dealer offered other services but when declined they just moved on without trying to pressure me into buying more.

Very fast and knowledgable staff. Did not have to waste any time before getting test drives and financing. The only issue I had with the vehicle (tires) was resolved immediately with no problems.

Great sale, need improvement for closing

We had appt with Mark at 11am. However, We were told that mark will not be in until 1 pm. Therefore jerry become our sales representative. Jerry is nice, no haggling or presure to buy and our buying process was smooth. We did not meet sale manager and added service sale was clear at first then became confusing in writing with added terms that was not informed..

Our salesperson, Steve Pagotto. This is our 7th vehicle that we have bought from Jones and our 3rd vehicle sold to us by Steve. He does a great job, answers all of our questions, and is very easy to work with. He takes good care of us by making sure that we have food or drink while waiting, or don't need anything else.
