He blew it.

In December 2019, I was shopping for a new 2019 Nissan Frontier. I was at a stand still with my “out the door price” with salesperson, and was transferred to a “Manager.” I presented my price from another dealer (Nissan Ellicott) and he became rude and said they were lying. I asked if he could match their price, and he hung up the phone. Wow! I took my business and my 807 credit score to Nissan Ellicott and actually bought a higher trim (Pro 4x) with them for almost the same amount. A salesman from Bob’’s Bell called me on my ride home, and I told him his boss cost him an easy deal and I just bought a truck. I hope someone from Bob Bell or Nissan Corp are reading these post because the rudeness at this dealership is costing them business.

Awful customer service

I had a very unpleasant experience at this place , The manager Dax Brooks was very rude to me , In my opinion he doesn’t need to be a manager , or he needs customer service training.. He’s very unprofessional and rude , and he also made a statement that I don’t need to buy a car from his establishment so I didn’t , I believe if it wasn’t for the way he treated me I would have brought a car , but because of this You guys have lost a customer for life and I’ll make sure I pass the word to everyone I know !

gm of used car sales

In my own personal opinion , Dundalk store "GM of used car sales" acts very unprofessional. Even if you go in , as I did & spend over an hour waiting . They told me a price of a car in the back area then when we went to do numbers they raised the price $1500 saying "oh the discount doesnt apply to that car, sorry". I made them an offer to the original price they quoted me , they didnt like it so they wouldnt return my call. Imagine that , how arrogant for a used car dealer. lol. If they do that , where will they stop? They wont, in my opinion. Go elsewhere.

Dream came true

Aww man I'm so excited to ride in my 2016 Nissan Maxima! I always wanted to own a Maxima but due to recent troubles(bankruptcy) I could only dream about it. My wife took her Kia to get serviced there and she seen a Maxima and she just knew I would love it! So she sent the picture of it and I asked the salesman would he be able to work with my situation and to my surprise he said yes! I submitted all of the information that they needed and came in the next day to finalize everything. I would go back and I'm going to tell everybody about my experience it felt unreal how nice the service and everything was. I highly recommend if you think you can't get into a car of your dreams to come here they made my dream come true. Mr. Rosario and Ms. Helen were excellent!

Horrible experience

It was going well until I went into the dealership to buy that car. I drove over a hour and a half to get there spent 2 hours talking to the salesman just to be told that I can't get the car at the price i was promised. I really got my hopes up for this car and left with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. I was pre approved for the amount I was promised hoping that would make it easier and to top it off today happens to be my birthday so needless to say I will never be returning to a bob bell dealership. Nothing in life should be this difficult when you have the money that was agreed upon.thank you for your time.

Diagnosis

My wife had her Nissan 2003 Murano code in this morning and they want to charge $120 to diagnose the problem. I had my Toyota Tacoma at Jerry Toyota for a power steering leak and they didn't charge me anything to diagnose the problem will follow up at a later date on what is wrong with the Murano.

I'm done with this dealer

Luckily, I had already spent hours of research on the Versa that I purchased. At that time, this was the only lot in town with the Versa. Luckily, it was the exact color I wanted. The Salesmen was great. The Sales Manager tried to boost the price up by a few thousands of dollars. Because I had a back up dealer in another town, I was able to stand my ground. (The other dealer didn't have the color I wanted, but had agreed on my set price). What should have taken an hour to complete took 3- 4 hours. When it was time for the financing portion (which I had already secured), the person handling my paperwork, was moody and rude. When I asked her questions, she responded, "didn't they go over that with you?". I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this place. Fortunately, my salesperson has left this place and keeps in contact with me. So, I will stick with him because he did not pressure me. I knew what I wanted. I knew what I was going to pay. I had my financing in advance. What should have been an exciting experience (this was my first brand new car), was stressful and gave me a headache. Within that 3-4 hours, I had to request they wash my brand new car...not once....but 3 times. Even after the last wash, they still didn't get it clean. There was still a blue sticker residue on the side of the car. If my old car wasn't on it's last leg, I would have gone somewhere else. Because we didn't finish all of the paperwork in time for me to get to my financing institution to pick up the check, I couldn't deliver the check until 1 day after I promised. Upon leaving the I informed the Sales Manager that because of the time, I may not make it to my financial institution that day...but will try. His response was, if I was delayed a couple of days, that was OK. I had no intention of delaying the payment. The sale was on a Saturday. I contacted the office to inform them I would there on Monday. They now had a problem with it. With any case, I showed up on Monday after work with the check. Had they not taken forever, I would have been able to deliver the check the same day.
