I had been looking for a used Sienna, which they had on the lot. Mario let my wife and I drive the vehicle around the area on our own and then gave us an excellent price. Because we live in PG county, she was able to get us in the vehicle and drive it home the same afternoon, and to give us extra keys. All in all, it worked out beautifully.
