On 2/29/20 I bought a new Nissan Frontier from Marc Motors, but was very disappointed in the total buying experience. I specifically came to Marc Motors from Somersworth New Hampshire, because they appeared to care about their customers and had good inventory of the style of Frontiers I was looking for. Having found and test drove a truck, I decided to buy. First I felt I was low balled on the amount I received for my trade in, but I did accept the offer because I like the truck so much. It an extremely took long time for us to sign the paper work due to a lack of management. When finished signing, the only paperwork I received was the notice of sale. I specifically asked if I need any other paper work and was told I was all set. Being from New Hampshire, I had to register the truck myself, however was not given the title application or any other of the paper work. I had taken time of from work on Friday to register the vehicle. When I called Marc Motors, my paperwork was found on desk and no one at Marc Motors for a week had contacted me that the paper work was there. I had to make a special trip to get the pick up the documents in order for me to get my truck registered. If my sales person should have spent the time to check me out about the truck as well making certain I had everything required none of this would have happened. My experience with Marc Motors is why many people hate buying cars. Once the deal is done, customer satisfaction is not need. The only thing good I can say is that I bought a nice truck.

Sales & Finance advised they were paying off previous loan, they rolled half of it into my new loan without a conversation. Called and spoke with Finance he was rude and sarcastic towards me. Out of 3 people I spoke with would help or make things right by the customer.

It started with the online team thru email and text which was amazing convenient service then with sales nick Boston who made it simple I walked in told them my price he pulled up car walked thru all features then test drove and with a couple hours I drove away simple fast pleasent sales experience. Nick is definitely in the right line of work would recommend to all my friends

Their website failed to show any prices due to a "Midnight Madness" event. I called and spoke with the manager who explained they pulled the prices off the site because they'll be open until Midnight and are "offering way more" on trade ins to "clear the lot." I fell for the gimmick, hype and enthusiasm. I was offered a number less than the "KBB Suggested Trade In" for my vehicle and what they wanted for their vehicle was more than what KBB says is fair from a dealer. They talk about retaining lifelong customers and their business cards pre-emptively thank you for your referrals but at the end of the day this is just another sketchy "volume" dealer. I will not give them my business. I would not recommend this dealer to family and friends.

Thank you Marc Motors for the best sales experience to date. I have purchased several new cars, my last two being Nissan's. I visited my previous Nissan dealer and one other Nissan dealership, before you. Those two dealerships price for the new vehicle was fair, but they did not want to give me anything for my trade. In fact, what they offered was insulting. They played the volley game, going back and forth, until I eventually walked out. Marc Motors price was EXCEPTIONAL all the way around. They beat the competitors price AND gave me what my car was worth! The entire staff at Marc Motors went above and beyond what I would expect. The owner is in the store and he is very pleasant to speak with. Thank you Marc Motors for being my new Nissan dealer!

I'm happy to report a very positive experience from the Marc Motors Team. From the first phone call I made, there were prompt and direct answers to my questions. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the car I was looking for on the lot. I wanted a manual transmission, and they had one right in stock. All the other dealers I had checked with did not have one, and had to have it "moved there from a different lot." This would mean time waiting that I really didn't have. or want, to invest. So, I appreciated Marc Motors having a good selection on hand. I also appreciated the pace of the financing process. This is never the fun part of shopping for a car, but it was not dragged out or a drudgery. The benefits of their Service plans and service center also made the decision for this local girl a "no brainer."
