She responded immediately to all my questions and created a no pressure atmosphere before, during and after the test drive. Finally found a decent used Prius

This was our second time working with a dealership, and MUCH better than the first. The whole exchange was efficient and transparent, and we were lucky enough to be catered to by a sales representative (James Waring) that acted more like a human than a sales automation. The car was well prepared at pick up - inspection, detailing, plates - etc. The one fuss is that the detailing detergents have left a very strong lingering toxic smell in the car. Hoping it wears off soon! All in all, it was a good experience despite the 'spending a lot of money and fearing being ripped-off jitters'. We are happy with our purchase and will return again if need be, and recommend this dealership to others. Thank you.

This dealers service department is friendly, honest, keeps their timeline tight, works hard to get it done right. They fixed things that I didn't know needed fixing without inflating the price. I will only go there for service!

They always do an inspection of the vital parts and provide estimates of whether there is an immediate issue or something to keep an eye on and monitor for a future date. They are not pushy. Totally night and day from the last dealer I used. They solved a problem I had at one time that took many visits to another dealer and was never taken care of until I went to Bill Dodge. Bill Dodge is also accessible to schedule an appointment or ask a question. My vehicle is always washed before I leave which is a nice benefit. I highly recommend.

This was my first time using this dealership. It was an emergency situation. And I received the most amazing service and expertise you could ever imagine receiving anywhere! What words can I use to describe my experience? Understanding. Courtesy. Professionalism. Knowledge. Kindness. Thoughtfulness. Personal attention. I could go on but in truth words cannot convey my complete appreciation and gratitude from the minute I brought my Nissan Rogue to this dealership in Saco to when I picked it back up in perfect condition. Garth pulled out all the stops to ensure that I was kept up to date with the progress and truly the kindest and most professional, personable human being out there. He even contacted the car rental company for a vehicle while mine was being fixed. I didn't have to ask for anything. The facility was spotless with cold drinks, coffee and snacks available, as well as rest rooms. Garth also worked with me so that I can forward all information with pictures so that I can complete my claim with my auto insurance company. Out of a bad situation, Bill Dodge Nissan and his amazing crew turned the situation into a really positive experience. One I will never forget. Thank you Garth with all my heart and to your amazing team of mechanics for taking care of my Nissan Rogue and making her safe and new again. You are the best! And then some!
