Carroll's Auto Sales

I purchased a used Buick from Carrolls Auto Sales and was told that it had never been in an accident and the disclosure section was not marked as such. Later, I found out it had been in an accident and when I confronted Mr. Carroll he denied any knowledge and said there wasn't anything he could do. After two to three weeks I told him we would have to settle this in court upon which he said he would refund my money. Also this was after my son had put lemons on and drove in around Presque Isle for a few days. Mr. Carroll is not a very honest dealer.
