Our Salesperson, Brian, was friendly, knowledgeable and fair when it came to discussing specifics on the negotiation of the sales price for our new truck. Quirk also had a nice selection to choose from. I didnt feel like I had to settle on a particular trim level due to lack of inventory.

Heavy Shake

We experienced a heavy shimmy, and needed an assessment fast. The service advisor got us in without a problem. The mechanic was top notch. I spoke with him in depth regarding the issue. I am not a novice, and he did not treat me as one. What he discovered was a correct assessment of where the issue was. It was a problem that definitely required hours of work to correct as the mechanic had predicted. I would definitely recommend Quirk of Portland.

Friendly phone staff as well as front desk staff. I appreciated a ride home one day while my car was being worked on. 2nd trip I was given a rental car, which made life easier to get to work. Repairs on car were completed in two trips but all seems to be fine now.

The work performed on my truck was outstanding, however, I found the cost to be quite excessive. The service Dept. was very accommodating as usual and I was provided with a loaner to take home where my truck was not going to be finished that day.
