My partner, who is in a wheelchair was looking for a vehicle he could access easier than his mercury sable wagon. I did extensive web searchs and believed the mercury mariner might be a good fit due to handles on window frame. i saw a mariner listed at Yorks of Houlton about 115 miles from home. We made trip on 6/26, were greeted by internet rep. Yvette mcarthur. She made us feel welcome, when the mariner seemed not to be a good fit. i asked to see the ford freestyle which we tested and found to provide easy access for Paul due to the handle bar above the glove box. She answered or found the answers to my many questions. There was no high pressure to close or leave a deposit. Yvette even helped us care for our beagle hound which we had brought. Two weeks later we took delivery/ there was a issue with missing remote fobs, which Mr. Jamie York went the extra to resolve, so we would'nt have to return. I have pirchased at least a dozen vehicles during my life time, mostly Ford , mercury products. This dealership, Tork's of Houlton was the most pleasant experience of all. Chris Pierce
