This dealership uses a fishing scam to lure potential clients by posting an attractive price for a vehicle and the once you call them they will tell you it is available to look at however by the time you get to the dealership they would change the price by few thousand my case. Please be aware the prices this dealership puts on line are not true, you will get disappointed. I WOULDNâT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. BE AWARE

When I went to Morong I had already bought a car from them at their Brunswick location a few years earlier. The car that I ended up purchasing from them had some major mechanical problems. Not only did they fix all the problems free of charge, they offered to take my car back and give me a full refund, no questions asked. I ended up returning the car and purchased a 2006 Jetta from them. I couldn't be happier with everything they did for me. Jake and Anne at the dealership were nothing short of amazing. I totally recommend Morong Falmouth!

I have purchased cars for 30 years from Morong since they have always provided fair pricing and excellent sales service. Delivery of order automobiles is usually earlier than first estimate and the cars are prepared perfectly.

Great Overall Car Buying Experience

I was very happy with my entire experience at Morong's. They are different than most other Dealers in that they are an established family owned and operated business and you get the feeling that they want you to become a lifelong Customer and not just a one time buyer. My Salesman was pleasant and very helpful in finding a car that was everything I wanted and Anne in the Finance department was great, it was nice to deal with a woman and not feel pressured in to anything. I will definitely go back there for my next car.

Great Dealership for Sales & Service

As a buyer of many hi line cars I consider myself pickier than most. I realize I can be fussy but these guys always seemed to keep me satisfied, even when things didn'tt go quite right. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and persistent. Although he called many times trying to make the sale he always had a good reason to do so. A better price, more information, another color available, etc. Not the usual buy today crap. I admit I need to be motivated to spend money some times but I never felt pressured. The service department has been fabulous. The car is always immaculate when I pick it up and I never have any surprises when the bill comes. It is not cheap, but neither is the car. The one time a had a major problem it was handled as expeditiously as possible. I guess that is all one can ask for.

Great Sales Department

Morongs sales department is one of Maine's best. The sales staff is actually professional, and very down to earth and fair. Their manager helps you with your purchase, and actually cares about getting you a good deal too. If only their service was as good.
