I worked with Mike K and Rick. Not only did they get us the vehicle we wanted, they made the entire experience so fun that we decided to drive down there to meet them to pick up our vehicle instead of having it transported to us. Our entire purchase was completed through phone calls and internet searches. Mike K always responded to calls, extremely quickly, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. I have nothing but great things to say! Rick helped with all of the financing and helped us choose the plan that worked best for us. I feel like we met family, not just sales people.

The young sales manager was hostile with me when I didn't accept his refusal to fix the window air noise. He said it was the way the car is. I brought the car to another dealership and they said the window was warped and replaced it. Obviously, they couldn't climb the small expense wall to make a customer happy.

went to try out a jeep. was told would be models close what we looking for. when we arrive was told after some time sales manager canceled arrangements to have models on site. when we asked about emails an phone calls we had. manager became rude and offensive.when we walk off and left manager followed outside and became even more rude. this should not be allowed to deal with public.
