Caroline, my sales person, was patient with my inquiries about a new model to me. Being a 4 runner owner and choosing a smaller suv was a big deal for me. We took a drive to my mechanic and he gave a thumbs up on the RAV4. Caroline advised me about the certified used car program which reassured some of my concerns. The day I finally signed the paperwork on my RAV4 , I felt like dancing on my way to sitting in the drivers seat!!

I called Emerson in July looking for the price on a specific vehicle. Luke answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. We worked together for two days (I was comparing prices between 3 other dealerships) and I leased the car I wanted from Emerson. They gave me the best price and every interaction with Luke was awesome. Finalizing the paperwork was a breeze, and Luke delivered the car to me. I would not hesitate to work with Emerson / Luke again and recommend them wholeheartedly!

The dealership is just Amazing. They are always ready to attend to you. Even though I bought pre-owned certified I still have one year road assistance and other benefits too. They are doing well.

Everyone was professional and courteous. Got what I wanted and pleased. The only issue I have is not with the dealership but rather with Toyota. I bought a Platinum edition which has everything, supposedly. The passenger seat does not have a power lift to adjust the height of the seat! Doesn’t even have a manual option. I was very disappointed!

The customer service was good. Only problem was they were very slow returning my initial deposit. It took 3 phone calls before it was back in my account. The car was clean,small dent in the drivers door trim.
