I found a new Kia Optima on the internet and the price was lower than I'd seen so I went in expecting some BS. To my surprise there wasn't any. I did have an issue in finance though (this was bs) but Eric the finance guy spent quite a bit of time getting it straightened out. Happy ending. Orr Kia did everything they advertised and I was treated well. Highly recommend.
