Treated like FAMILY!

Premier Honda of New Orleans treated us like FAMILY! Sales Manager Joe Ciruti began speaking with me regarding my daughter's future purchase back in October. We went in November 2023 with a plan to return in December and through the entire 3 months this Sales manager would check in, call, email and always respond immediately as he knew my daughter's situation. Joe really made us feel like family. In addition to Joe, our Sales Consultant Edwin Morgan (very caring and knowledgeable) also treated us like family willing and ready every step of the way. Last but not least I want to mention Carlos .. Although I do not know his last name while writing this google and Facebook review he was our finance guy. We want to thank you Carlos (los as they called you) for all your hard work, patience and also care you gave to us. My daughter left Premier Honda not only with the original NEW 2024 Honda Civic Sport she wanted but she left with a heart full of thankfulness. I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime but this one adds VALUE to this imperfect world. THANK YOU PREMIER HONDA of New Orleans!!!!

STAY AWAY! INCOMPETENT AND DISORGANIZED!

My experience with this dealership has been incredibly disappointing, turning a once-positive encounter into a frustrating and dissatisfying ordeal. Post-sale, for vehicle registration, there's been a severe lack of accountability, communication, and service. Despite a positive sales experience with Josh Ware, issues arose when it came to registering the vehicle in Florida. Over two weeks after the purchase, critical paperwork, including tax payment and Certificate of Origin, promised to be sent to the Florida Tax Collector, had not been delivered. Despite expressing concerns during paperwork signing several times, assurances were made by the finance director, Loc, who claimed expertise in out-of-state sales. Unfortunately, these promises were unfulfilled, leading to hours of wasted time and accountability issues. Communication breakdowns were evident, with delayed and disregarded inquiries until the potential negative impact on future business was hinted at. This lack of responsiveness worsened an already problematic situation. The $425 documentation fee, coupled with the responsibility for registration falling on us added frustration. You would expect timely service for a paid fee. Specific requests to have the general manager contact us were ignored, emphasizing the lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Promised call-backs from Loc were unfulfilled for days, requiring multiple attempts and direct emails to the sales manager and general manager for a response. What began as a promising experience has soured due to unresolved issues and the dealership's apparent lack of responsibility. Sixteen days post-sale without essential documents, despite assurances, is unacceptable. The substantial fee paid for this service compounds the disappointment in the dealership's failure to meet its responsibilities. This level of service would be job-threatening in other professions. The need for constant follow-up raises concerns about the dealership's reliability. The overall experience leaves me questioning if the constant follow up was the only factor preventing further delays, highlighting a significant lapse in professional conduct. Grown adults should not require babysitters to get their jobs done correctly.

Don't waste your time with [non-permissible content removed]

Don't waste your time with [non-permissible content removed]. Premier reinforces the negative connotations that car dealerships are sleazy. I spoke with salesman over the phone and specifically asked him if there were any bs add ons and he told me no. Lo and behold I went there today and they add something called Premier ProPack at addition cost. The last sentence in add is "Premier ProPack is additional cost". No where does it say it is mandatory and costs almost $2,300. Really tried to low ball me on my trade showed me a printout of what some dealers paid for Rangers on the West Coast at auctions. The West Coast? I'm in Louisiana where people buy more pickups in CA. I would not have wasted my time if these people were honest and up front. Tried to tell me all dealers add mandatory packages like these so I started to tell him no I've bought 3 2022 vehicles from different dealers and manufacturers I didn't pay for bs add ons, he started walking away as he knew he was wrong. There is no confidentiality at this dealership, I really don’t other people in the showroom knowing my business. I then here the Sales manager telling the General Manager that I wouldn’t sell my trade in for less than $38,000. This is an outright LIE, I never told this man what I would accept for it just that I wasn’t going to accept their ridiculous offer. If I searched the internet for prices on Ridgelines in the whole county and found a better deal on the West Coast I know this poor excuse of a dealership would match their price. I’m sure that Premier in some way respond to my negative comments as they did to others trying to defend their unsound and devious business tactics. I should have looked at Yelp before wasting before wasting 4 hours of time including driving there. 1 star reviews exceed all others. I leave 5 star reviews for dealers who treat me right as I did for Lexus Baton Rouge even though I bought my RX350 FSPORT from Lexus Mobile due to better price.

Great Car Buying Experience

My mother and I each bought new Hondas at this dealership. Roberto was very accommodating and friendly. Alex, our salesman, was also very helpful throughout the entire trade-in and purchasing process. With minimal negotiating we got the deals and numbers that we originally wanted. We left feeling excited and pleased with our new cars.

worst dealer - spot delivery scams

If you want to go to this dealer, be careful about the spot delivery scams which I met two weeks ago. I signed the paperwork and drove the car two weeks, and then the salesman called me to take the car back since I should resign the paperwork. The one I have signed is not the good for the car. And also be careful other brand dealers in new orleans area, since they have the same owner with premier honda.
