Everything went as promised. From the manager, sales person and finance manager. Everything was smooth and quick with the paperwork and not a lot of time waisted. The only issue I had was with the car wash detailing guys. Everything was going fine, all paperwork was completed and the sales guy told us we were waiting on the detail department to finish washing the vehicle and we would be on our way. 1 and a 1/2 hour later we were still there. I told my wife that it does not take that long to wash a vehicle, I could have washed 5 vehicles in that amount of time. I went to the detail area and noticed the detail guy wiping the windows, stepping back a few feet to admire his work then walk over to the same spot of the window and wipe again, step back to admire his work then walked back to the same area a third time and wipe again. At this point I had seen enough and I told the guy that I was ready to go. Now I know why one and 1/2 hour later I was still at the dealership. It’s great to admire your work but do that on your on time. Once paperwork is completed and confirmed, folks are ready to go. The vehicle was sent to be washed around 3:30pm as we were entering to meet with the finance guy. We completed financial paperwork around 4:00pm and was ready to go. This guy had the vehicle for two hours and if I had not intervened who knows how much longer we would’ve been there. In short, the detail department needs to step it up and wash these vehicles instead of making love to them.

I am so happy with the service that I am receiving from Dave Martz at Mossy! After a disastrous collision, Dave helped me find a new car right away. The service has been convenient, professional, and spot on. My lease is up this coming fall, and I am excited to work with Dave again to decide my next steps.
