Saw a BMW online that led me to Carbine Motor Cars on Tchoupitoulas in New Orleans. From the first moment inside, Chris Carbine made the effort to establish a relationship with my wife and I, and then went over and above to work a deal to get us in the car we desired. He worked with us on price, gave us an excellent recommendation for financing, and gave us the time to put the deal together. Prior to delivery of the car, he checked and found a minor outstanding recall item from BMW of North America and had that fixed for us. Robert shined up the already immaculate car the morning before our arrival, and the delivery went smooth as silk. Chris and his staff are first rate. In my 40 years of car buying, I have to say this has been my best experience. Can't say enough good things about Carbine MotorCars.
