We were very pleased with our salesperson - Mike. He seemed to be an honest man and was extremely courteous and careful not to waste our time. Sales manager and GM were also very courteous and personable. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Unprofessional bunch of low class sterotypical used car salesmen

We bought a Mercedes Benz from Benson in Metarie Lousiana. They were unprofessional throughout the whole process. No one returns calls. We were promissed things that they never delivered. It took them a month to send the registration to us. We incurred extra tax on our tag due to the delay. They did not clean the car before selling it (it had food crumbs everywhere), we had to ask mulitple times to get it cleaned. They even tried to sell us the car with a broken windsheild and used that as a negotiating point (i.e. the car costs more with the windsheild fixed). That is not all, the credit application had an inflated income eventhough we make more than enough to qualify. The people at this dealership should be [violative content deleted]. They are a [violative content deleted]. We will never step foot in that dealership again!
