My experience was absolutely amazing. Mr. Chad Washington was very amazing, very good customer service, very honest and polite. He answered all the questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone that's looking to buy a vehicle, and I would come back to buy another one!

Never will I buy again at Service Chevy

Rude service department and they don’t hold up to watch inside on the contract about having a loaner whatever your vehicle is in the shop. The only person that helped was Rhonde. She is the best but sorry I will never buy at Service again

Service is Slow at the New Location

I used to get my oil change because the price was reasonable and it only took about an hour. Their location changed from Cameron St to Amb Caffery and now cars are driven to the service center on Cameron (which is the back-side of connected property). Last oil change reflected an hour dragging into hours. They did provide a loaner car when my new Malibu spent the night there for a map sensor replacement. They are nice people and eventually do good work. Don't be in a rush.

Knowledgable Sales Staff

I visited several dealers when looking for my car. Some of which were emailed by a Company program tool which I had used. Service Chev is closer to my work. The Service Chevrolet sales guy gave nice recommendations on cars and had pricing estimates as well as eligible discounts on hand for me when I visited and made it a pleasurable experience. As I shopped a couple other dealers closer to home I asked a salesman what the price on the car was where he stopped, looked at the sticker on the window and read it to me. ???!! My wife and I left. There was no attempt at other options, nothing that showed interest in the sale. The Service Chevrolet answered my long list of questions, gave me options. Seemed legitimately interested in what I was trying to do and made it all painless. I would have given them 5 stars except I'm a little unhappy about the negative aspects of the car that I was not told about. I understand that a sales person doesn't do this, just is my reason for 4.
