I'm a first time Lincoln owner and I absolutely love it. My salesperson Kay, is super awesome and made this a simple process. I went from a rough ride (but fun) Jeep Wrangler to a smooth ride. Such a difference. The only thing this vehicle doesn't do is wash the dishes! It has and does everything else!

The experience we had with Betty Galloway was by far the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Betty's was so professional and has so much knowledge in Lincoln products. Bobby Devillier explain all the paperwork and took care of finishing the paperwork making our experience painless. Bobby Devillier spent needed time with us to explain the functions of the Lincoln Contential. We left the dealership as very satisfied customers. Also, Courtesty Lincolns Maintence division is one of the most efficient. Always on time and vehicle ready when promise.

Josh Deville @ Courtesy Lincoln was a true pleasure to work with. His responses were informative without being aggressive. He went the extra mile to make the purchase of my 2015 Acura MDX extremely convenient from 150 miles away. I had a very enjoyable experience getting to meet the people at Courtesy Lincoln in Lafayette. After looking and test driving multiple small luxury SUVs, I kept coming back to Courtesy Lincoln and the MKX as the best fit for me and my wife. Mark Hebert, our salesman, answered all our questions and took us on multiple test rides to make sure we got the model and options that best fit our criteria. After finding the right model and options, I believe the price quoted was very fair. I look forward to continuing our association with their service department and weekly free car washes.
