I purchased a new 2017 dodge challenger r/t from Ray BRandts dodge dealership in Harvey, Louisiana.The salesman who helped me was name Mr. Jairus Boudoin. This man right here went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, truthful, respectful, and very, very professional. I actually called Ray Brandts by phone before I drove about an hour to the dealership. From the time that I talked to him on the phone to the end of my purchase he made me feel like I was family. I was so impressed and pleased by Mr. Boudoin customer service that it literally gave me chills. This man is the perfect example of what every car dealership salesman should be. I can assure you that this is not the last time that I will do business with Ray Brandts Dodge dealership. I went to a local new orleans dodge dealership (name withheld) with the intent on purchasing a new vehicle, which the dealer had advertised at a discounted price. Upon discussing the final price of the car this particular salesman advised me that there would be an additional $400 "dealer prep" fee. Needless to say I walked. I contacted one of the salesman from ray brandt to inquire if they would beat their advertised price. To their credit they beat the advertised price by $500 and did not attempt to slide in any additional fees. It was an enjoyable experience to buy a car with no haggling or harassment involved.

I was in the market for a new vehilce for several months. Car shopping can be stressful, so this time around I decided to contact dealerships first online, before I made my way out to see them in person. ray brandt dodge was the only dealership that was up front, quick to respond, and actually a gave me the best deal I found, right up front.
