NO HASSLE, STRESS FREE

I had the privilege of purchasing a new vehicle from Bill Hood Hyundai, with the assistance of salesman Mr. C.J. Adams, on February 9, 2016. Yes, I did use the words privilege and new car purchase in the same sentence, which I have not always been able to do. I fell short of my January 2017 goal to replace my 13 1/2 year old car, due to an accident. Mr. Adams and the Finance Manager stepped up to the plate and made this by far, my best experience of purchasing a vehicle. They actually listened and explored every option that was available to make my purchase a reality, with no hassle, and for that, I am so grateful. Yes, they are in the business to sell vehicles, but their customers are their top priority. I know that Mr C.J. Adams will do the same for you. Please visit Bill Hood Hyundai and give them the opportunity. You will not regret it!

Great experience at Bill Hood Hyundai!! Lentz was my salesman and he did a great job of helping me purchase my first car! CJ sold me on the color of my car and how to get all the technology up and running in my car! Everyone at the dealership was nice! The financing of purchasing the car went smooth. Overall a great dealership and I would recommend Bill Hood Hyundai to everyone!!

Great experience all together! We actually ended up buying 2 additional cars from this dealership because of how good of deal my salesman, CJ Adams, gave us. He bent over backwards and went above and beyond what would be expected from a car salesman. I definitely recommend stopping by, view their inventory of vehicles, and get some pricing. I was even given a discount for being a veteran! I loved the excellent service CJ Adams provided and even more I love our brand new Hyundai Veloster, Sonata, and Elantra!!! Thank you so much Bill Hood Hyndai. My family has been truly blessed!

I just purchased a 2015 Sonata from Bill Hood and was extremely happy with my experience. My sales guy CJ Adams was not pushy and aggressive like most sales guys. The manager Kenny Berthelot was also very helpful in getting my sale done quickly !! This is the fourth card my family members have purchased from the Bill Hood dealerships since Oct 2014. We appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the helpful employees. I love my new car and look forward to getting my Sonata serviced at Bill Hood in the future !!

I've always been afraid of the whole car buying experience. I envision pushy salespeople who try to push you into buying something you're not ready for, especially something more expensive. This was helped reaffirm my faith in this process. From my first call with Julie, to my introduction to Kenny, and eventually, to CJ, who sold me the car, this experience was great. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who helped me with financing, but he was very helpful as well. I must speak especially about CJ. I appreciated his honesty with me, and how he did not try to push me into anything I was not ready for. Thank you, CJ, for your kindness in this process.

I would like to recommend Bill Hood Mazda. My wife and I were treated with courtesy and our salesman CJ Adams was very knowledgable and experienced. He helped us sort out the many options that were available and we were able to get the vehicle that we wanted. We were glad to be able to get the right deal in our home town.

Awesome Buying Experience

I came in to this dealership afraid to buy a car because 8 years ago the last dealership left All Star left major scars. I was quickly comforted by CJ's warm greeting and friendly personality upon speaking with him. He listened to my stories and bad times from the last purchase I made. He just kept saying we are different and always kept smiling and making me feel important. We found the perfect car, a great price and a dealership that we will tell our friends to give a try when they need a vehicle. Thank You Bill Hood Hyundai and please tell Mr CJ. don't change a thing, he made our purchase experience Awesome!
