I went there to have my Subaru serviced. I did not purchase the subaru from Bladwin and was treated very rudely. I was helped by a female service writer that had the personality of a snake. Find another dealership to take your automobile to.

Had a very good car buying experience at Baldwin Motors. Murray was a very good salesman, cool, calm and knowledgeable. Nolan made the paper signing experience a fun one. Took a little while for my Outback to come in but once it arrived everything fell into place quickly. All in all a very relaxed car buying experience.

Chris has been great with providing personal service, information, and help. Nolan in the finance department was also fantastic. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Baldwin Motors. It took a while for our Subaru Outback to come in, but it was worth it! I highly recommend Baldwin Motors!

I would highly recommend Baldwin Subaru to anyone looking for an excellent car I found an Impreza sport on their website and emailed them about it..I was contacted very quickly and set up a appointment to see the car. My salesman was Chris and he allowed my to test drive it while explaining everything to me about this car. It was an easy experience and I will definitely by from this dealership again!

During research for the new family ride, I came across a Consumers Report article that stated Subaru recently knocked Honda from the top spot for quality and resale value, which prompted me to visit the closest dealer to me in Metairie. During a visit to that unnamed dealership, I met a salesman who must have been having a bad day I guess, so I quickly exited. I tried again by phone and got the sales manager...but he was slightly rude or maybe overworked, whatever the case it wasn't a good impression, SOooo on the third try I called the Internet dept and got a prompt and professional response leading me to a very nice gentleman who I would have done business with ........ IF he hadn't tried to shortchange me $2000.00 dollars on my trade :sigh: I found out there is another Subaru store in the New Orleans area which leads me to subject at hand.. Baldwin Subaru on the Northshore From the friendly 1st call, to the prompt reply with a fair and competitive pricing, these peeps rawked! (thanks Bill and "T" !) Everything they say they would do, they did, No hassles, easy going and laid back They made doing business easy AND gave me a great deal on a closeout 2012, Then got fair book value on my trade instead of the opposite like other dealers had offered, prior...
