Glenda Sharkey was very patient and observant of our needs and made the correct decision to show us a used Lincoln that solved the problem of finding a car my handicap wife can enter and exit in a normal fashion. She is outstanding.

Honorable sales staff, treated with respect

My wife and I had been searching for a Hybrid sedan for approximately 2 weeks and even though we initially thought that the Lincoln hybrid would be to expensive and looked for options. But after being disappointed with the sales staff or selection at other dealerships we came back to Baldwin Motors. Every member of the sales staff was very accomodating and never pushy. After spending 4 hours at another dealership where we were left sitting by ourselves most of the time and feeling as if our time was not valued, we left to go home. On the way home we were approaching the Baldwin motor dealership and we decided to see if they could help us. We had visited the dealership on a prior occaision and we both liked the MRZ but felt it was out of our price range. We had both of our cars with us since we had bought our potential trade-ins to other dealerships that day. We sat down with Richard, John and Ed with the information we had bought from several website including Edmunds, CR and True car. They looked over our information and included it in their evaluation process. This was significantly different treatment then at other dealerships we had visited. We, in a timely fashion bought the car that we desired but thought we could not afford. They gave us more value for our trade-ins then some other dealers. We were never pressured and felt respected throughout the process of buying our car. From our experience we can strongly recommend this dealership.

Pleasant Experience

I would definitely recommend this dealership. The salesman, Mr. Richard, was very polite and helpful. He made the whole process easy. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle (Subaru Outback) and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure to buy, just good information and a helpful attitude. Thank you, Mr. Richard.
