I've leased six new vehicles for my wife and I from this dealership over the nine years we've lived here. I've dealt with the same sales and finance people since day one. Occasionally, I've looked at various Mercedes, BMW and Volvo models, but the dealership experience has been a turn-off every time - I felt like I was at a corner used car lot the way those dealers tried to manipulate the process. With Lexus of Shreveport, I do my price and finance cost research through Edmunds, KBB and NADA, and use lease cost calculators from Bankrate.com and Lexus.com. I make them an offer on the car that's in line with my research. If we don't immediately agree, we just all get in front of the same computer screen and look at the same numbers until we get to an agreement - usually in just a matter of minutes. No hard sell tactics, no "let me go talk to the sales manager", etc. 4 of the six times I arrived to pick up the new vehicle and close on the financing, the final numbers were lower than the originally agreed numbers, as they passed on incentives offered by Lexus Financial Services without any prodding from me at all. On the occasions when the exact vehicle I wanted wasn't on the lot (about half the time), they rapidly searched incoming orders and other dealer inventories in the region and located precisely what I was looking for. I couldn't be more pleased with the dealership, and as long as Lexus continue to make quality vehicles and business practices at Lexus of Shreveport remain as they have been, I expect to buy many more vehicles from them.
