My sales representative Brittany was extremely nice and patient. We looked at multiple cars and she answered all my questions in detail. She gets 5 stars. 1 star goes to the business Manager Jeff. 3 words “female predatory lending”. He has a very dry personality, makes little to no eye contact and just shoves papers at you automatically adding voluntary services . I had to have him step back a couple of times to explain items on paperwork in which he seem annoyed to answer with one liners. I’m sure this his is MO for getting you financed for a vehicle with the dealership first. It’s business, right? But his customer service is below subpar. I left drained from his whole demeanor. I picked my car up this morning, loved the car but hated the experience! If you can ask for another business manager other than Jeff, I recommend that.

5 Star Sales Person

I had a great experience buying my truck from Royal Nissan, thanks to Britney Wimer. She met me in the lot when I first pulled up to view a truck I had found online. From then on she was with me and able to answer any of my questions throughout the whole buying process. The closing process was quick and easy and I never once felt pressured to buy something that I did not want. The price negotiation with the manager was also very straight forward. This is a 5 star facility and will highly recommended Royal Nissan. Thank you Britney and staff!

Just bought a new Rogue. Jarvis Williams was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in quickly finding a vehicle that met my "must haves" list. Arthur Bush in the finance section was also great in getting all the paperwork completed; also helpful in explaining and selecting the various coverages you can purchase. Very pleasant experience with NO stress and NO pressure!

Purchased our new 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander from Brian Jordan. He exemplified terrific customer service which was super refreshing in todays world. He got us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. Everytjing was explained in detail and he really cares about his clients and it absolutely shows. The entire experience lasted about 2 hours, which is by far the fastest I've ever bought a car but I didnt feel rushed or overwhelmed. They're good people over there and j would absolutely use them again!

On yesterday I got my 3rd car from Royal Nissan. I love this dealership so much. They are always the most genuine & pleasant people. They help out as much as they are able to. I am a loyal customer to Royal Nissan. My salesman Christopher Conrad was the best salesman I've ever had. He believed in me more than I believed in my self. He got the opportunity to witness a very special moment with me on yesterday. I'm 20 years old and I finally was able to buy a Nissan Kicks SUV all on my own, no co-signer, good credit, and perfect payment history! The finance Manager Mr. Arthur Bush was so informative, and he took his time to break everything down to me so that i'd understand. We also had a lot in common! He's a sweet man. I'm truly satisfied with Royal Nissan. Thank you Nissan family.

Wow. I have to compliment the salesmanship of Louis Freeman. I'm in sales so I can be complicated when getting all the information to make a purchase. My Salesman offered me all information necessary to be comfortable with my purchase. I will recommend anyone in Baton Rouge and beyond to visit Royal Nissan when in the market for a new or used vehicle. Go see Louis. He is there for the individual. I went to royal nissan to look at the cars not expecting to buy after talking with mike( a great salesman) I took a test drive and left the lot with my brand new Sentra and all in under 2 hours! Mike was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. The whole experience from driving into the lot, the test drive, the financial aspects and going home with my car were all wonderful thank you royal nissan .

I shopped for many kinds of cars. Its a hassle finding the best car for the best price, and of course I experienced several bad experiences too, but had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. They actually went to get the car that I wanted because they didn't have it. I would definetly recommend Royal Nissan. It one of the few times I enjoyed buying a car.
