onI drove from Metairie, LA to buy my new Scion xb from them. They made it very worthwhile. The Salesman I dealt with on the phone made me a deal that beat my local Dealer by hundreds. Also, had car ready to go when I arrived. He kept all promises. No high pressure selling!

Sales - they jack their prices for clunkers program

onBeware, this dealership jacks their price for clunkers $500 over the price and say that if you lived local you might get a better deal on the car itself, when we were locals and have lots of family & friends that are or were their customers. Beware of wasting your time on Price LeBlanc

How I was cheated at Price Leblanc, Baton Rouge

onWe were sold a Toyota Corolla LE from Price Leblanc for $19,477. This is how the deal took place. We took a test ride in a basic model of the Toyota Corolla LE and it was priced at MSRP $20,038. We then went into their office and asked for Alloy wheels , mud guards and door sill protectors. The price came to about $21,100. The Sales guy then brought his Sales Manager and he agreed to waive off the charges for the accessories, which was around $1100. They then said they found a car will all the accessories and color we wanted.The Final price was $19,477. We were never shown or informed of the MSRP of car. After we signed the deal we saw the sticker in the glove compartment and the car listed on their website at an MSRP $19,298 (this included accessories). When we questioned the dealer he accepts that they made a lot of profit on our deal even though its a clear case where we were cheated and we ended up paying more than the MSRP.

Most Horrible car buying expirence

onWe were cheated on the price of the car we bought from this dealer. Paid 19477 for a Corolla LE as we thought we would be given a fair price, but turns out we were cheated. The dealer now boast that they made a lot of money on our car deal. After buying the car we never received the monthly payment bill from Toyota finance as the dealer sent them the wrong address and we were charged a late fee for no fault. We had to follow-up multiple times with the dealer for the bill and also the registration as their computer software had again sent the wrong address to the DMV. Never buy a car from this dealer.
