The Last Place I Would Bring My Audi.

I have purchased my vehicle from this location, and I could explain how unprofessional and how uneducated these people are. When purchasing my vehicle, the sales rep had messed up multiple times and had zero knowledge on the vehicle. Fiddling around and repeating "um" shows me that you are not confident in your knowledge at your JOB. The old lady in the finance office was probably the most stuck up, entitled old lady I have ever came across in the car industry. She had tried to manipulate me into so many unimportant options that would require me to pay so much more for useless things. The people here only care about money verses actually helping people. None of my past services were recorded into my account, and this location is the ONLY location I have had to pay a ridiculous amount on an OIL CHANGE. No one I know who owns an Audi has ever paid as much as I have for a simple service. The people here are selfish, rude, and ungenuine. I would drive to Lafayette or New Orleans for my services. I would NOT waste any time with this dealership. Everyone I know that has went here has also had similar experiences. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is the last place I would go to for anything having to do with my car. If you do not care about spending your hard earned money on selfish people, then by all means go for it. But I will not be returning my services to this place, and I will always go out of my way to tell people not to go here. If that does not emphasize how poorly they treat their customers, I do not know what will.

Buyer Beware

They were all about the sell, but when it came to writing up the contract it was a different amount. It took three tries to get the amount right. Then on the third round, I was told that everything was as I requested, (which originally included the service pkg) I was tired and frustrated and trusted the contracts person. She forgot the service pkg. but kept the amount the same. Which means I’m paying even month for the service package, but I can not collect on it because no matter how many times I tried to get the to do right by me, they would only say ‘ the first one is free and if you want the service package you can get for second one. BUT I’m already paying for it!!!! Still not resolved & it’s time for the service visit. Beware!!!! Beware!!!! Beware!!! They just want the sell!!!

We went to look at the Audi A5s and Josh helped us out on finding the right one at an amazing price. We purchased a 2018 Audi A5 Prestige and Josh made it super easy for us to purchase our new Audi. We will definitely come back to Josh in the future when purchasing another vehicle.

Said Flifl sold and convinced my wife that the Q7 was the car for her. She walked into the dealership with her heart on another vehicle. She was only there to please me.....well like I said Said sold her on the Q7. Great salesmanship!

We had a very good experience buying our new vehicle. We live an hour and 1/2 away so my husband was talking back and forth over the phone with Carly our salesperson. The only day I could go to Baton Rouge was on Tuesday which was her day off. Carly said that was no problem and she still met with me that day. She went above and beyond.

Disappointing experience!

This dealership must benefit from the limited numbers of sources for a Mini Cooper in the State. Service was very friendly until the paperwork was signed, then faded and has been non-existent since we took delivery. Several E-mailed questions to the salesman received no response or a non-response. Once example: we asked if the cargo net that comes with the car stretches along the hatch floor, or across the hatch opening. The response (verbatim) "The car comes with a cargo net." We live 4.5 hrs. from this dealer. The car was not properly checked when the dealership received it. Even though it was sitting 3 feet from the salesman's desk, he allowed us to drive the 4.5 hours to pick it up. When we pointed out the obvious 3 inch scratch to bare metal he said "I didn't know." After telling us the scratch would be repaired, we received a call telling us it could not be fully repaired without re-painting the hatch, (which would devalue the car). At this point we asked that they either order a replacement or discount the car. The dealership was resistant to doing either. Finally they agreed to a re-negotiated price and to deliver the car to us with the rebate check. Then they called to say they could not send the check with the car, but wanted us to take delivery anyway. We agreed, but only if they would send us in writing a promise to forward the check. The salesman agreed to provide this. When the porter drove into our driveway to deliver the car, we still had nothing in writing. Our phone call to the dealership floor rang and rang with no answer. The porter gave us the salesman's cell phone number and we called and also got no response. When we finally made contact with the salesman he advised us that he had been "busy." He told us he had the check, that it only needed a signature and that it would be mailed by 6/28/11. This proved to be untrue. Two e-mails sent directly to the General Manager received no response. An e-mail sent to the sales floor asking about the check received this response: 'Thank you for doing business with us. If you have questions at any time, please don't hesitate to contact us." We did eventually receive the check. Then we received a card advising us that we could pick up the tag "at our convenience." Again calls were transferred to a phone that was never answered and my husband had to drive another 4.5 hours to pick it up. I would not recommend this dealership.
