All Star Hyundai Baton Rouge

We went to look for a car but were not really in need of one. However when we test drove a couple of cars at All Star Hyundai, the Sonata and the Elantra we liked the cars. We negotiated with the manager, switched from 2014 to 2015 and also changed our minds about the color several times. He was very patient and worked with us to give us a good deal. We were happy with the final outcome. We made a couple of trips on the same day as we had to think about it. We traded our old car and we got a fair price for it.

I researched a new vehicle for several weeks determining what would be the best deal and value as well as a great warranty. I knew I wanted an SUV. I did my research and knew that Hyundai was where I wanted to go and get my new purchase. I decided to go to All Star in Baton Rouge to take a look at what I had picked. I ended up buying the vehicle that day. It was raining slightly the day that I went and I found that there weren't many people willing to go outside to help except for the young lady that helped me. She was awesome. Overall the experience was great. I will say that there are other dealerships that throw in a lot of perks like free oil changes etc when you buy a car which All Star didn't do. That's not important but if you are looking to be wined and dined you probably need to go somewhere else. Don't get me wrong all of the sales people and the Manager were extremely friendly and nice it was a great experience. Sometimes all the fluff is just that...fluff. So for me just getting down to brass tacks was perfect. I will say that the finance guy was not very friendly. He didn't really explain things to well which I've bought cars before so I can be spared the boring talk about every single page but none the less he was not the best or most enthusiastic finance guy. He talked very quietly so I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. In my opinion it seemed as if I was bothering him by being in his office. Overall it was great experience and I would recommend this dealership to others and more importantly I would recommend buying a Hyundai as your next vehicle. I have always been a Ford guy personally and never owned anything else. But I am completely sold on Hyundai.

I had done my research, knew what I wanted to pay for a 2014 Hyundai Elantra and this dealership delivered. They met my price without a lot of sales hype and did not try to sell me a car with a lot of extra added on. I was extremely satisfied with the buying experience.

After doing my research, I used Edmunds.com to obtain prices from area dealers. Ronnie Redmann from All Star Hyundai e-mailed me with a great price for the exact vehicle I wanted, Hyundai Sonata SE. The whole process, from placing the down payment to signing the paperwork, was very pleasant and without any last minute "surprises" as are often the case at other dealers I've been to in the past. I love my new car and would definitely recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone looking to buy a car in the Baton Rouge, LA area.

I shopped my local Hyundai dealer in Lafayette, LA but was disappointed in the attention I got and the price quote, which was above MSRP. All Star Hyundai gave me a good, straightforward deal with no hidden costs. While no dealer in my area had the car (Sonata Limited with navigation) in the color that I wanted in stock, All Star got it for me quickly and closed the deal quickly. I was very satisfied with my buying experience. Ronnie Redmann was a great salesman to work with.
